Delete your ProjectG account

Effective and last updated: September 16, 2026

ProjectG accounts are optional. These instructions apply only if you chose Apple or Google sign-in. You can continue using ProjectG without an account.

Delete your account in the app

The quickest deletion method is available inside ProjectG:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Find Account & sync.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Tap the deletion confirmation.

What is deleted

In-app account deletion permanently removes your ProjectG authentication record and the synced app records associated with it, including:

Service providers may retain limited security logs or backups according to their own policies and legal obligations.

What remains on your devices

Account deletion leaves the separate local copies on your devices so ProjectG can continue working without an account. To remove local copies, delete entries in the app where that control is available, clear ProjectG’s app storage, or uninstall ProjectG on each device. Device or cloud backups are controlled separately through your operating-system provider.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access ProjectG, email support@project-g.app from the email address associated with your ProjectG account. Use the subject “ProjectG account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Deleting ProjectG from your phone, signing out, or revoking ProjectG in your Apple or Google account does not by itself delete the ProjectG account or its synced copy.
