These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProjectG mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

ProjectG is provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content beyond what applicable law allows.

Devotional content

Scripture quotations are from the Douay-Rheims Catholic Bible, and prayers are traditional Catholic texts provided for prayer and reflection. The app is a devotional aid and is not a substitute for the teaching, sacraments, or pastoral guidance of the Catholic Church, nor for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Your content

Any intentions, notes, or blessings you create are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for the content you enter. Because this content is stored locally, you are responsible for your own device backups; uninstalling the app removes it.

Third-party services

City search uses the Open-Meteo geocoding service. Your use of features that rely on third-party services is also subject to those providers’ terms. The app stores are operated by Apple and Google under their own terms.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProjectG and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version will always be available at this page.
